At least four people have been killed in South Korea as parts of the country were battered by record rain. The nation’s weather agency said on July 10, 2024, that the rainfall was at a level only seen once in 200 years. Some rivers have overflowed and roads were flooded by heavy rain, according to South Korean media reports. Television images showed people wading through waist-deep water in some areas.

I encounter this quite often nowadays. "...in 200 years", "...in 40 years". Events that happen once in a blue moon now are normal.

It's called fake news. The media is misreporting meteorology. It's "1 in 200" chance of happening per year and not once every 200 years. You would know if you actually researched the issue and not rely on FAKE NEWS. So called journalists often just report based on what they Google'd and not actually consult experts. If you watch a meteorologist explain this you would know how wrong you are.

The same cloud formations that flooded China are drifting east toward Korea, and now Japan is next in line. Any Japanese laughing at China should realize that that those cloud patterns have not yet dissipated, and you are next.

I live inSouth Korea. I never noticed unusual rain except that in July heavy rain is common. Worst rainfall in 200 years? I guess you’re not counting July 2011. Or is it you’re trying to spin a false narrative about worsening climate change when this is normal in Korea in July. I guess thosethat don’t live here won’t know any better.

The wording of spam used by "Sweet Basil" is the same as that always used by "BeijingGenocideOlympics2022". The poor bot farm peons and Sepoys are assigned their own spam. Sometimes things get confused when an operator takes over a moniker. This results in “Arabicetc” posting spam assigned to “Lastetc", "lastetc", "verylastetc", "nextlastetc" , and vice versa. "nicholasfoong" uses the spam of "Ahmetetc" and “Mohammed Kumar”/“Hkchinese”/”wynn” . "nicholasfoong" is new, so must be low down in the bot farm hierarchy and has not been given its own spam to play with. Either that or it is an independent bot that is bereft of its own ideas. And special mention to “misterbig”.
