My daughter and I hike a couple of the many trails at South Mountains State Park in NC. We will hike up to Chestnut Knob for some nice views then back down to High Shoals Falls.
That storm tore the park up! I work in Lexington at times and always get some good BBQ. It's a 2 hour drive from Lexington to South Mountains. Daughter is on winter break and hiking The GA section of Appalachian Trail with friends. Hope you're doing well. Thanks !
