Really happy to see a good long episode like you used to do. 30-35 minutes is best length for a food and travel show. It isn't too long or too short. Fabulous episode, great going.
I can personally vouch for Harish Lunch home. Excellent food. I know the owners and their dedication to food making. The entire list is of amazing restaurants.
harish sir small chicken is tender usually used more in tandoori and biryani the vendors sell more small chicken top restaurants and the bigger chicken is sold to regular buyers by the supplier small chicken breaks down faster and due to less development of protein structure its more softer or tender

Bali ji mutton takes more time to get cooked then chicken ... but in both the cases while its dum Biryani or its tandoori mutton in both the cases mutton is more soft juicy n tender bcoz of its fat content... while cooking tandoori mutton Barra mutton is kept to be tender by applying raw Pappaiya or pineapple juice or a spice called kachri... that makes mutton more tender n juicy... 😬👍🏻

We love Harish sir and visa2explore

I love your videos. you give a very honest and detailed explanation of the taste of food. i like that. and your videos show kindness and simplicity. 🙌 and you celebrate food like no other.
Neer Dosa is a popular dish in coastal part of Karnataka. As far as I know, it's normally eaten with chicken curry. Also sir, I've noticed many people in the North pronounce Dosa as Dough-sa which is a wrong pronunciation. It's दो-sa. Sorry in advance if I have come across as pedantic.
I love kokam kadi, ye khali digestion k liye nahi hoti but iske sath hi kokam taseer me bohot thanda hota hai so summer me iska juice kafi piya jata hai as sharbat n its really really yummy 😋
Bali ji one suggestion for you. Please don't name the food items in the beginning itself. It will be more enjoyable to watch if it left for the audience to see during the video. Thank you.
visa2explore i can suggest not to miss paradise biryani, gokul chat, chicha’s , pista house haleem at exibition, many other delicious Hyderabadi items in old city charminar hotel shadab... irani chai at nilofer ...many other places i can suggest
Sir Kokum mostly find in costal area in Maharashtra and Goa. As north indians use tamarind, we use Kokum. Its a juicy fruit. The juice you saw in this video is the Kokum juice.
Hi Harish, Welcome to Mumbai ! Just as promised, you've made a trip to Mumbai! I was a little busy intermittently, hence could not view your Indore Special but will surely make amends once i view all those videos of Indore. First of all, congratulations to you on your high resolution videos, you've made the perfect investment as is evident by the wonderful viewing of the magnificently illuminated CSTM or the erstwhile VT station. Talking about food & here i am referring to the non-veg part that you have covered: You have hit the nail on the head my friend, by choosing the right & the perfect restaurants for Biryani, the likes of " Persian Durbar" & the "Delhi Durbar," because the art of making a perfect biryani that is a mughlai dish has been mastered by the Muslim chefs & have been carried forward through several generations. Your depiction of the Biryani & the sincerity with which you explained the whole experience is quite noteworthy & should win you many plaudits. Many of such mughlai & predominantly Muslim restaurants are spread all over Mumbai & you can make it a point to visit most of these & narrate the salient features/differences of the Biryani making. To name a few, "Jaffers Delhi Durbar" ( At least 7/8 branches, may be more), "Arfa" ( , S V Rd, Jogeshwari), "Shalimar" ( Null Bazar)," Borivali Biryani Center" ( 4 Branches ), You can also fathom the latest, " The Bohri Kitchen " experience which is also a kind of it's own. Your presentation of the ubiquitous " Fish " of Mumbai is also very hearty & innocent. The "Mumbai fish preps & types" is highly nuanced & one can literally go on an endless voyage trying to explore & explain . There are at least four different yet major Fish culinary types, "The Mangalorian ( Shetty's), The Malvani Preps, The GSB Preps, The Pathare Prabhu/ CKP Prep, each has it's own flavors & favorites. From a North Indian point of view you have been able to explain the whole gamut of " Fish preps" absolutely perfectly & you were right in comparing the dissimilarities between the " Amritsari " & the " Konkan " types. Should you look for "Amritsari " preps in Mumbai, yes, you'll find them surely in the "Sion Koliwada" belt which in itself is a phenomena. Every single time i watch your videos Harish, ( that i look forward to always) i find a remarkable sense of honesty & sincerity about the whole thing. Just keep it up !
so nice to have this detailed comment from you.... i am really bad on describing non veg food but i am sure over time i should be able to cover up... thanks
U talk too much... Be bit crisp when you describe your food eating experience.. Talking too much made video boring... This is just a suggestion I hope you don't mind.. But your videos r good I watch it everytime...
no way to mind, its a feedback which i always love... Mumbai series i can't do much but yes Hyderabad series i will try and make corrections on this front
I would not agree on that, as Harish ji says what he precisely feels about the food. Its not just about saying food is good or not. You need to go into the crux to describe why the food tastes good or not so good, which he does, and thats his style which makes the videos not just good but gives knowledge about the food as well.
Harish Bhai this episode is special episode and also the Dadar episode for me because u were in my home town or u can say my home area ,I used to stay besides Gomantak & probably every food joint what u have visited I have been there, staying in Mumbai from last 35 years but recently shifted to Pune but neways enjoyed the episodes because my memories were revived.👍🏻
yes you are right, almost every one is vegetarian... i eat non veg but some times very less... now only since oct my RR - run rate increased bcoz of this video shoot thing.... well its imp. to tell this in advance before video starts so expectations are under control
Harish ji, you were a beginner then in early 2018. After touring Nawabi capitals Hyderabad and Lucknow, you are now a professional in reviewing Non Veg :-)
Wow Wow Wow. Mouth Watering Dishes. I too frequently visit Delhi Darbar for Biryani. Try deep fried Prawns with besan coating at Fish and Chips Worli. Your cameraman has done a wonderful job too. We love you. God Bless
Nice video sir. Hope u r enjoying u r visit in Mumbai. The following places r well known for their non veg food. Its good that u have also started uploading videos on Wednesday's also. Double treat for us Good Job sir!!
Sir we love you you give very authentic honest review .., sir want to know do you have to get permission first to shoot at their place or you just do it without permission..??
Very Nice Harish Sir, I really admire the way you explore and give feedback about food you try. God Bless and keep unveiling hidden treasure of Indian Cuisine.
Hello harish ji, I just finished MP series that was awesome and pretty much fast video. But now in maharashtra episodes I have seen that it's little bit slow otherwise explanation was superb.
Above all thanks to know from ur friend running is always to keep u fit I miss eating fish coz the taste here is different due to high volume of salt in the sea so well thanks for the tour new dishes explored and loved it thanks a lot and to the team
I never eat non veg but this video is quite okay ,,,,rating 4 upon 10 ......only because of your looking ....as previously said....saying again.. you are exceptionally great
visa2explore looking means your look, your wardrobe, your words, your style to talk to another people etc..... That is looking in my view,. Which is excellent.....
And second thing I haved watched less non veg food videos which you have uploaded from different different places. Because I will not enjoy them thoroughly I will just like places. So I said those words. If my words hurt you by any way then I apologise.
Harish bali a very detailed look at Mumbai food n a good list of restaurants to explore from ,,, hope to visit these joints n enjoy the food like u did !!! Cheers
so sweet to have your comment and viewership on visa2explore, when ever you get time, share inputs on how i can improve the over all content presentation, so subs and views increase
oh so nice... i have worked inUlhasnagar for 2 years during 2001 to 2002... i was working with HLL during that time... non veg food i have just started eating but that time i used to eat veg food and this food there is entirely different in taste... i can still remember tikki at a famous shop.... then kadi was special....
I am enjoying your food channel & like very much the way you explain for the same reason I almost watched your 70% of your episodes only thing i miss which are better or good hotels to stay nearby that will help me & may be some other people.
Amazed to see again ....... Great video sir ...... Doo baat kehni thi ek too agar apko accha na lage to non veg ke upar video mat banana..... Aur ek personal question aapp baise kia work karte hoon paishe se kia hoo...... THANKS SIR we love you....video bhalo chilo in bengali.......plz sir reply zaroor karna plz plz plz
thanks... Non veg is not about liking or disliking its just . about getting used to in some moths as we go... 2nd thing this youtube is my full time business now.....
Great review again Harish bai! Its nice to know that you are open to trying new types of food as i remember at the start of the video you said that you will only try fish and no other seafood, but u decided to try prawns as well.Thats a good quality for a food critique. I eat lots of seafood and from my experience good prawns are those that 1)do not smell fishy 2) have a nice bite to them and flesh should not be powdery or easily disintegrated 3)they should be cleaned well, back of prawn should be cut to remove the dirt which is in the prawn. Overall great video bai and looking forward to your next episode.Hope to see you trying more new things.Where Non-Veg is concerned u may also wish to try the food at Jai Jawan at Linking Road. They are very famous for their fried prawns and tandoori chicken.
