Cartman has kissed Wendy in the episode 'Chef goes nanners' (which from memory I believe you've already reacted to), and he even got himself a girlfriend (for more details on that I recommend watching season 20 from beginning to end). Also Cartmans "hand" once gave Ben Affleck a very "special" kind of kiss, if that counts.
