The last part where it gets calm sounds like when you do something bad and realize it only when it's too late. I haven't finished the game yet but all I imagine is Nazi Kenny on the outside fighting but the body is acting on its own and Kenny is now completely unable to stop himself from hurting his friends and regrets what he did.
