Seven years ago Deckers was phenomenal. These days triple the pressure and plenty of tubers.

Yea, it was quite busy. The further we went into Cheeseman canyon, the better it got!

7 years ago. I fished it as a kid in the mid ‘50s through my 7 years of College at Colorado State. Platte around Deckers and the Poudre were my favorite rivers

Is there trout up towards Greeley on the south platte river? Any species in general to be targeted that far from the lake?

We spent a week on the South Platte during late June. We fished from South Platte Campground up through Cheeseman Canyon to the damn. I'm not sure about that far down.
