SOUTHERN LEYTE 100 Days of Building 

Thank you for your very kind words. NYC is one of my favourite cities. It's not a lot like here but it has a vibe.

We are hoping it turns out well and so far progress is good and we owe that to all involved particularly all the workers.

I hope so! It's mostly what was planned but a lot of changes big and small are making it better.

We are looking forward to the house warming and the uniquely Philippines things that are done to celebrate.

We target to be in by end June. We have made a lot of changes both big and small but it's coming together well. Thanks for the comment.

My wife’s aunt’s husband’s parents (How’s that for a relational linkage chain, haha!) are your neighbors just down the paved road, I think.

We frequent LK's Fantasia bar regularly. Join us there when you are in town and I'm happy to chat.

Welcome aboard! Building is the fun part but when I decided to document I did not realise what it required. I am a very keen photographer and I found that doing video requires a very different approach.

Fingers crossed! It's a very full on thing this building a new house but I have a great engineer and the crew is amazing.
