If it's Duke's it's one of the Grossest Mayo's I have ever tasted outside of Kewpie! If it ain't Blue Plate it ain't Mayo, but Hellman's is way better than Duke's!
I think a lot of this comes down to personal taste but Blue Plate and Hellmanns consistently rank #1 or #2 in taste tests. Blue Plate is my mayo of choice. So creamy and good.

Nah, I think Dukes taste so so so nasty and hate it when people here in the south think that such a cheap mayo is good. I used to hate Mayo cause my family used either the gross Dukes or Kraft till I found Blue Plate!!!!! Only Dukes version that is slightly ok is the one made with olive oil cause they use sugar but Hellman’s version beats that hands down! Dukes taste so so so nasty!
Really you need at least 3 large spoons of each to have a proper comparison. Decent video but you definitely need to consume more delicious mayonaisse.
NY Born and raised, and Hellman’s is the best mayo on the planet💯🫡 but for todays prices I will buy Dukes. Duke’s is Not my jam, but I can tolerate it. Best upgrade on any sandwich and burger is definitely HELLMAN’s. My palate never lies. Those heaping spoonfuls are brave Playa lol
I grew up eating Hellman's and moved to Texas years ago. Now I'm a fan of Duke's. Thought about trying Blue Plate but have heard it's much sweeter so don't think I'd like it. Want to try Kewpie mayo.
You have to keep these types of videos coming. I was on the fence about trying Kewpie for years. I see it in Marakai stores here in Los Angeles. We have Best Foods and I’m not a fan. I’m going to order Hellman’s from Amazon!!! Thank you! Btw, you are hilarious and very entertaining!!!

It’s crazy the cult following that Duke’s has. Out here in the west we like Best Foods (Hellmans), not because we like it better than these others but because that’s all we have. You either gets Best Foods or a store brand mayo

Actually, Duke's only taste better than Kraft, and the best Mayo is Blue Plate... as a southerner, I think Duke's sucks! it is bland and Blue Plate is what I order online when I can't get it online... given a choice, I'll take Hellmans over Duke's anyway as it taste better!!!!!!!!!!

I love mayonnaise and I am from the south, I have never ever seen someone eat a spoonful of mayonnaise, and holy crap you just ate spoon after spoon. Although I digress even being from the south I thank Dukes sucks and love Hellman’s and will have to try Blue Plate.

@@MrScubajsb I'm in NC but grew up in GA... Mom always made us have Kraft which was so Gross. Grandpa said... Duke's which I hated even more then Auntie said... Try Blue Plate... Loved it ever since... Then I found Hellman's when I moved to NC cause no one had Blue Plate back then... to this day I just hate and I mean hate the taste of Duke's, Kewpie and Kraft!
@@dublindog8038 that is so funny! Blue plate was a brand I had never heard of until just a few years ago. I saw it in my local food lion and thought that it was some kind of an off-brand. And then I heard people talking about it on a cooking video on RU-vid and I thought well. I guess this is a popular brand somewhere. Lol

As a Southerner, I have made dish after dish with other Mayo's other than Dukes and Southerners will say, wow... this taste so great, and are so shocked when I tell them I hate and I mean hate the taste of Dukes and then which Mayo I used... I love Mayo now, but hated it growing up because my parent's used Dukes

For all southerner’s! I am one, From Georgia! Duke’s SUCKS! Only BLUE PLATE!!! give me Hellman’s over Duke’s any day but ALWAYS BLUE PLATE. when I get my friends to try BLUE PLATE they never go back to Duke’s but when I blind taste test them they choose Hellman’s over Duke’s as most have never tried anything different! Go Mayo and Blue Plate, but if you can’t find Blue plate, please by all means choose Hellman’s over Duke’s... it just taste better!
