SOUTHERN NEW ENGLAND MODEL RAILROAD FINALE

Due to our relocating my Southern New England HO scale model train layout is going to be dismantled and sold.
This layout was featured in Model Railroader Magazine in July 2010 and it has doubled in size since then. It features Railroad scenes of towns in New England including Palmer MA, Brimfield MA, Southbridge MA, Charlton MA, Dudley MA, Webster MA, Douglas MA, Monson MA, Millville MA, and Providence RI. Building model train RR layouts was a passion of mine for over 30 years. The Southern New England Railroad also known as the Titanic Railroad or the Old Grand Trunk, was the subject of a book written by Larry Lowenthal - the Story of New England's Last Great Railroad War.
I am looking for offers to possibly purchase the entire layout or just segments of it.
I look forward to your comments and questions.
Thank you for your interest.

@@brianog5267 You would start buy cutting it up into as few pieces as possible to handle. I have done it a couple times in the past. It is really not as bad as it seems. A good friend of mine moved a layout from MA to New Mexico with very little damage and another friend sold his layout to someone in Japan and had it shipped there. As for the price... I have about $75,000 invested over 30+ year and thousands of hours! There are also lots of automated eIectronics built into the layout. I would entertain offers around $30,000 for the entire layout.
