I think she has on the virginia southwestern railway 3 chime whistle. And she did wear it in 1998

We rode behind SR4501 in the 1970's all over the mid-Atlantic. Amazing "Small" loco. Miss 4501!!!

Question if i may, how come the cutoff never seem to be adjusted. It is either full forward or full reverse mode. Thanks..

The cutoff was adjusted, starting off departing he had it forward. Then moved it back accordingly, up until centered. Thanks for the question!
