Dalion Keyng he does play a instrument go look at previous videos. Mellos I think that’s the section he played in. Either way they don’t usually have their dm on horns.
He played French horn/ Mello when he first started in their band (like 3 years ago). But I really get what you mean bruh. Sadly I know what school he went to so it killing me that he always acting so hype but only be marching and doing kick outs. No 8 counts or nothing.

Honestly I think as an educator or leader you should conduct yourself a little better. You are teaching bad habits to the students. If we expect our students to act a certain way we must do the same. I should be able to distinguish between the directors and who is the student. Here I can't tell. 🙄🤗

Ah not a hater at all , I actually like Southern a lot! Just think this type of behavior promotes violence . Think the band been through too much to have something occur that causes the program more issues. Listen you have your opinion and I have mine, as an educator I'm just looking at it from a professional aspect as it relates to the higher education perspective. If the university policies and procedures are against faculty and administration behaving like this there will be reprimands and to me it's not worth it.

For a man that barely has a job (and doesn't really have the credentials to be collegiate band director) he really doing a bit too much. Arrange the music and direct, keep it simple bro lol
