Man, why the hell did Haymer have to mess around and lose his job?!! Dude was a perfect fit to be the band director of the Human Jukebox! Don’t get me wrong, Taylor is doing a great job too!
This is one of my favorite clips because it's all about Haymer Time. Man I wish all could be forgiven I wish all could be forgotten. SU is still SU but how much more special they would be with Mr. Haymer at the lead. Dude was innovative exciting and dedicated to being the best. Kendrick and Brian could have the opportunity develop without all the added pressure of taking the lead. Maybe one day all could be forgiven and all could be forgotten.
u do know B, Simmons wrote alot of SU song when Mr Haymer was their he actually wrote more songs then Mr Haymer and ofcouse Mr Taylor wrote lots of SU songs as well they contribute alot to keep SU successful but ofcouse DOC was the master mind behind SU DOC was the one who made SU not Mr Haymer plus SU had Mr Jackson and many more who kepted SU in check after the passing of Doc I always tell folks SU made Mr Haymer he didn't make SU DOC taught them well B, Simmons is the best when it comes to arrangements Mr Taylor right behind him they all DOC son's/SU Alumnis they learned from the best rip DOC
I love Mr Haymer to and when I tell you it was hard to move on but I did do to the circumstances and why Mr Haymer was terminated I don't know if it was true are not but only time will tell I heard from my local news that Mr Haymer going to be proscutied for this money which was over 290 something thousand dollars that's alot of money and you said forgive how if he charged with stealing that kind of money from SU/BAND I haven't heard anything on this case it been months since NOLA reported this news the second time I hope he's innocent and not found guilty and the meantime I wish Mr Haymer all the best but Mr Taylor and B, Simmons got this SU in good hands they done an amazing job with the JUKEBOX
as a die hard SU fan we not I missed and love MR Haymer but it took me a while and I have moved on MR Taylor and B, Simmons with the rest of SU Directors have done a tremendous job Simmons the one wrote the Weekend song and I must say SU made mr haymer mr haymer didn't make SU DOC was the force and made SU you had Mr Jackson n many more came before Mr Haymer that who contributed to SU success Doc taught these band directors / alumnis we'll including Mr Haymer SU in good hands nothing changed
Bruh, I love the MEAC, and I highly dislike the SWAC playing style but this jive is pushing. This might be the best song and arrangement I ever heard Southern play frfr I think it's because the trombones finally played something other than those harmonized quarter notes
Love all these bands but if Crankfest is about playing as loud as possible, Alabama State would demolish. #DontWannaArgue they might not sound as equally good but they’d definitely sound off.
