I have enjoyed seeing the birds of Vietnam that I didn't see while I was there. I especially enjoyed becoming reacquainted with the Himalayan squirrel in one of the earlier episodes.

Hello Su Li, thanks for the footage, the laughingthrushes are beautiful, and the blue on the large Niltava and white tailed robin looks brighter than those in China and Thiland, Borneo,

Hello Glenn, thank you for your keen eye and professional insight! Yes, the subspecies in Vietnam differ from those in China and Thailand, which results in the variation in plumage color.

Top quality work again, Su Li - thank you for sharing! I'm curious about those bird blinds . . are they open to the public to use them, or do you have to be on a tour? Also, how does the mealworm feeding station work? Are those park rangers doing that, or your tour guide?

Thanks for your comment! We accessed these bird blinds through guided tours, so I'm not sure if they're open to the public. However, we did encounter individual birders with their own guides. For feeding stations, they are usually managed by bird guides rather than park rangers, and sometimes the private bird blind owners also accompany us. I hope this helps!

@@SuBirdsNatureTours That does, thank you! I hear that Western Yunnan area also has some great bird blinds. That's good to know that other birders were there with their guides and not independently. Very helpful, thank you!
