ASU got the W for me,SU is a powerhouse for real and holds the top spot but this day I must say ASU arrangements were a few very good and fresh ones and execution was very spot on,SU needs to come on with that book man,it was very old and tired and not versatile for all ages didn't here any old school tracks but just the same thing from the past 7 or 8 years, anybody can be loud but okay what's next,ASU had the book and the sound very shocking and those stingettes were untouchable point blank period,if the dolls what have been there it would have been embarrassing for them,so overall ASU was the victor,it just is what it is,sorry,they came to slay not to play!!!!

@@biancaortegaa The juke is the juke and they will always be. But sometimes a band will get the best of them. They caught state at a time when they had some fie arrangements and power. It's not the end of the world state just rolled up on them that day. Swac bands are like the SEC. Any given Saturday you can go down.
Great footage.. just wish the cam was more in the middle, the way the bands are set up, you kind of can hear only 1 side of them more. i was almost praying Southern Mellos would turn around, instead of their backs being to the cam.

Uhh... I like SU and all but after finally watching the entire battle, Ima give it to ASU. They came with a completely new book (which I didn't expect from them), they had energy, plus they sounded more together. MMH came prepared. If ASU keeps going this direction they're going to be a threat
Travis Maurice they came with a new book because these were most of the songs they played at Honda.... Im pretty sure Su wouldve had a different book if they went to Honda as well.... but they came with their book from the fall
Yeagerx2012 aside from the tubas on exciting that were doing the most trying to take it up states tubas and baritones sounded amazing during this battle.
