the new German Battleship didn't get anything. small guns small health pool and normal secondaries the can't need anything. unless you build into them. the Americans have better secondary. So my question is World of Warships where are you going? what are you doing? you're making a game that is becoming boring all you do is sit back in spam. all have big guns that shoot long distances.
I simply love it that Petropavlovsk with 220mm guns has almost the same pen as Bismarck with her 380mm but hey, I forgot that the Soviet Navy had all these powerful ships.
@@soarinskies1105 there are some parts of russian bias, because after all the biggest player group is still in Russia so they have somehow to cater to it and its ok. (See Stalingrad, 12km Radar). However outside of Stalingrad and Kuznetsov who honestly needs to be nerfed since his special effect activates on low HP and not on an achievement you have to earn. Kuznetsov paried with Stalin, Petro, Kronstadt, Kremlin is just way too good. But youre right, people meme so much about russian bias they forget that ships like: Bourgogne exists which is one of the best t10 BBs, people forget about Des Moines which is still the best heavy cruiser in the god damn game if you think about it. Russians literally call it DEMON because its such a good ship. Best tech tree t10 cruiser for sure. Conqueror with his insane HE slinging damage, zombieheal and stealth paired with cunningham makes him broken as FUCK. People forget about Alaska which is just a Tier 9.5 Ship. People forget about Kitakaze which is in a tier of its own. People forget about shit like Thunderer which is probably the strongest t10 coal ship that came out (Smolensk doesnt count, its annoying and antifun but Thunderer is stronger). Massachusets is the best t8 BB hands down and blows even Vladivostok and Lenin way out of the water. Georgia is a gimmicky broken ship at t9 which does better than probably all t9 tech tree BBs. Daring, Jutland, Lightning Cossack are all insanely strong DDs especially Daring. Benham is an american DD that has a torpedo reload compared to a BB salvo reload.
XHitsugaX that’s nice that every nation has a couple of good ships while the entire Russian lines are all good. That’s the problem. Not to mention Alaska costs 70+ dollars or tons of Free XP and Bourgogne is a steel ship that people will only get AFTER Stalingrad. And DM is strong but it’s balanced. There’s no reason to touch that ship but then they introduce a ship with 220’s with more or less the same pen as the Bismarck with 380’s but yeah, just Russian bias complaints.

Damn, forgot how powerful the Soviet fleet was during WW2, so powerful i guess that all naval history books didn't want to include them. I guess like countries like Japan and the United States just couldn't compete.
As someone who owns the ship it sucks. 4k ap hits on broadsides and low HE damage and chances to set fires. Trust me. It's not even up to Krispy Kreme horrid standards

They're available in 0.9.6 yes, but NA and SEA get them today. That's about half of the playerbase. Chill out buddy. Also, is it so hard to spell properly?

How to play: just use your braindead stealth radar every time, the enemy dd won't escape, use your stalinium ap to every target in every range, because it will citadel everything, and you can even broadside in close range, because the enemy will get only overpens. You can long range snipe too, because you have laser bullets, so it is dead easy to hit everything in any range, and your 50mm plating will protect you from every bb. You have decent aa too, so don't worry about cvs... Your welcome
Your braindead radar lasts only 15 sec, let's to be honest here no one can slaughter DD within 15 sec (you can only shoot twice maximum). all enemy DD needs to do is retreat and come back within 15 sec. And overpenning Petro at broadside? I dont think you have over 1k battles in WOWS

And i've alredy played against petro a few times and just like kremlin: most broadside shoots overpen or bounce. Sure you can citadel them but it's hard. Now go to your wargaming boss, you can tell him that you defended the undefendable fact that these new blueprint ships are just fckin op and noone wanted them.
Bambusz00 it’s a shorter radar duration for that reason you can get two salvos off while your teammates might get one, it’s not the radar that’s incredibly strong on this ship it’s everything else. It’s people who complain about these ships but buy them on release is why WG won’t ever listen to feedback.
@@matiscouillard1618 The worst thing is that a dd player can't counterplay a steath radar... Normally you see a DM or a Moskva, and you turn around and you won't be radared. But now you can't do anything, you will get radared, your position will be revealed, and you will get damage. It is soo much fun... At least if you see a rocket plane you can still prepare for it and try to get closer to an aa ship, but you can't prepare for a stealth radar. That's why it's braindead

Both Kotovsky and Nevsky really suck. Nevsky only has 8 guns, at tier 10. I’d rather put Donskoi there in tier 10 and then Sverdlov class cruiser on tier 9. On Kotovsky, nah its fine

The game needs these ships, after all, BB overpopulation. What the game urgently needs, is [in distorted voice] *paint the American warships’ deck correctly because gray just sucks*
I think WG stated somewhere these cruisers need good concealment to get into closer ranges and stealth radar is a side effect. But Thunderer gets good concealment while being a sniping ship and i won't even start with GK. I heard that from Flamuu's stream some time ago and i agree that these ships are simply overpowered. There's no denying that.
Don't worry, I believe you, especailly after see the ship citadel a tier 10 battleship at 12Km range. Now I know what's gonna happen if you give Stalingrad crusier level reload, battlecrusier level armor, and 360 degree turret.
On Tallinn, IFHE is a must have after survivability expert. AP remains excellent, but in practice broadside opportunities are not the majority of situations u face. And with 180mm guns, IFHE skill make it very deadly (37mm pen) with constant dmg penetrating lots of ships. When I unlocked it, I had only a 10pts capt for him, and I struggled to do good games in Tallinn (aka minimum 100k dmg). After get the Riga and others stuffs I was focused on, I decided to comeback to Tallinn and rush from skill10 to skill14 on him asap (using fxp & capt XP + playing him everydays until I reach that skill14 to get IFHE asap). And since I got it, it’s day and night ! Now Tallinn is a good dmg dealer in every situations, and not just on easy targets or advantageous situations. I always end with 100k dmg+ in every games I did since with (wich wasn’t so often the case before I get IFHE). So, I highly recommend IFHE for Tallinn, switching for AP when it’s worthy, but still using HE like 60% of the time (or 2/3 of time roughly). It’s the right way to go imo.
they had about 270 ships. Most of them were small cruisers and destroyers. Also torpedo boats and submarines. Big ships were not common in the soviet navy
Dear WG, you allways want people to believe your "historic accuracy". The London Naval Treaty defines a "Light Cruiser" a ship with a main armament of up to 155mm. Everything above is a "Heavy Cruiser". (Besides the obligatory: These were never even close to existing comment.)
WOWS is just a sea version of WOT at this stage, they already anounced the equivalent of the british light tanks, in the form of the new US BB line, a line dead before release and next will they will add something ridiculous like the "wheeled tanks"
I just thought of something! Why don't they add the N3 class battleships design as a tier 10 premium/freemium (I would pay for that)? You just have to change some things: 1. Increase the speed from 23 knots to 26 knots 2. Increase the anti-aircraft armament to a point that works at tier 10. 3.Make it have a really good heal to balance out the relatively thin armour Why else thinks this is a good idea?

I would call these ships better than Stalingrad because lower citadel, lower ship profile, better rate of fire, stealth radar and 360 degree guns. With same AP shell efficiency. Only downside is the weak accuracy at 13km+ but it can still do 1-2 citadels so it is contradicting what WG is saying. 200k DMG will be your average in this petropavlovsk. Ruining both BBs and DDs lives. Oh well who cares about gameplay when you are greedy and selfish, wargaming?

due to this clear RUSSIAN BIAS, they now need to buff US, UK and Japan ships and even need to give both DD lines of Japan Heals and speed boosts. 100mm guns with IFHE cant damage the new Russian ships, only set fires, which even seems to be harder now. WG devs out of control
decent armor? No, sir, at least Talinn does not. Not to say that Matchmaking has given me braindead matches in that ship where my team cant consistently last 10 minutes: that's in over 35 games that I have played in the ship and my winrate is 15%. (Note that my winrate otherwise is 54%). The matchmking for Talinn is just broken for some reason.

The dev‘s are russia - obvious they give their nation random blueprint ships with overpowered features. Imagine the dev‘s would be from Italy - spaghetti no regretti ships all over the place with 20 km radars
Guns that can rotate a full 360 degrees? Uk im starting to think wg said to hell with balancing. Instead of adding new op ships to the game like the entire russian fleet why not add new tiers and put modern ships into the game
