Maybe the western media & government officials were reluctant to show us this vid stuff, because following then, western people will realise & conclude how inferior and junky the western made weapon systems are, after a quick comparison. For example: Zsu23x4 vs Vads (Vulcan gun mounted m113) Russian rocketry vs American rocketry To name a few. Etc…
Amazing, russian weapons were really cool...its only the other nations which didn't use them effectively, the bad name came during 1991 gulf War where Iraqi army tactics and trainings was very poor and they relied on basic models of tanks and armored vehicles....had it been the russian commanders and divisions with their upgraded weapons fought the war against USA in 1991 in kuwait the battle would be quiet different and the casualties of tanks, planes and soldiers would have been much more for US. That's why in Vietnam War the US suffered high number of casualties due to direct presence of Soviet advisors and soldiers helping them .

Here is a fun fact, the NATO code name protocol is broken only with this aircraft & the main perpetrators to blame are both the USSR & the US. During the 60s the US was oblivious to the USSR aircrafts types (rather mission conduct or use) & characteristics. In 1967 domodedovo airshow, they showed the aircraft for the first time, it wasn't even the prototype of this model but one of the older airframes painted completely in black, they had an announcer that day who spoke in English (the was mainly to tell the west the characteristics of the MiG-25) & when the aircraft flow past the announcer said, Su-24 a new Soviet fighter. This is why the Su-24 breaks the rule of all bombers starting with B & this starts with F, now you know why.

@@Fulcrum683 Я смотрел сравнение ТТХ обоих, су 24 является неудачной копией ф111, это очевидно. У нас этот самолёт в строю, потому-что нет денег, к сожалению.. Герой России Толбоев ,также определил этот самолёт как паршивый.

Это не копия. Технически это совершенно другой самолёт. И почему ты не считаешь B52 устаревшим, который эксплуатируется США с 1955 года? И ещё будут минимум 20 лет эксплуатировать.
Sure Bud, except the airframe is completely different, and all The internal sistems and avionics are different, and it started development before the f111 entered service. But im sure you clearly know more than we do.
