Conscripts&Rhinos spammer is one of the best way to win. At least in mission and skirmish due to low cost. Fast build time. And they will protect each other weakness ( except air ).

Tesla troopers can return power to a tesla coil. 1 tesla trooper will fully charge a coil when there is power, but when there is no power, it needs two to return the tesla coil to function, then a third to overcharge it.

Conscripts can also survive a shot from a lone Prism Tower. Also, due to its cheap price, they're so easy to be promoted

Surprised Flak Track is only A tier considering how versatile it is and how it is a counter to many of the Allies' and Yuri's best units. However, I guess I underestimated how useful the terror drones are in RA2, even if they lack abilities like the stasis ray in RA3.

This was the game that got me into CnC. Its so damn good.

You didn't mention what I consider the biggest drawback of the Kirov which is it's very long payoff time. It takes a long time before the Kirov has destroyed 2k worth of value.

1) In actual competition, the Terrorist (because of the TerrorFlak) is a much better unit than the Demolition Truck, and Crazy Ivan is more commonly seen than either. The Engineer by itself is actually the main reason that Crazy Ivan is not useful at high level. 2) There is a significant number of competitive maps where the V3 Launcher has more general use than the Kirov. The V3 does not require Tier 3 and is NOT a lategame unit, so you're quite wrong on that slide. 3) The Tesla Trooper is Tier 1, not Tier 2. I see more Flak Troopers than tesla troopers because Rocketeers are such a big part of the meta. 4) The Typhoon Attack Sub is Tier 1, not Tier 2. I also think it has more general use than its rank here would indicate, but it is a very map-sensitive unit. 5) RA2 actually does have a very hard-counter system, it's just not as balanced as RA3's, mostly because of the extreme speed difference between infantry and vehicles. The Tesla Trooper for example is a soft-counter unit that's good against everything, but not cost-effective in damage for its low utility at all. 6) In a game with bad heroes, Boris is the weakest. He is a luxury option except in those rare maps where prism towers and tesla coils are common. 7) You omitted the Amphibious Transport and Engineer! Other than that, good video, I agree with everything. I absolutely LOVE the tutorial animations.

The Kirov was higher than I expected. Most opinions I see say it's too slow and expensive for what it does, with a number of mods at least removing the announcement of its construction.

i agree on this list as those units i mostly spam and rush after rushing S rank i go seige choppa! its AOE mobility and range is too good.

Ok it’s not a unit I know, but iron curtain needs to be in S tier. It’s so influential and makes Soviets 10x more dangerous. Iron curtain is number 1 reason why a player in a 1v1 might decide to tech up instead of simply building multiple war factories. At the very least, it needs to be mentioned for how broken it is and one can argue it single handedlay allows soviets to go toe to toe with allies and yuri late game

An aircraft carrier, after losing its aircraft, requires a recovery time, which is equal to the reload time of the aircraft carrier. Due to its peculiarity, Dreadnought will never let the enemy's anti-aircraft guns rest even for a second!

Subs should be a little higher! (a C) I have never lost a naval war when building them in big numbers. They obliterate dolphins and destroyers, especially when there are scorpions in the mix. Apocalypse tanks worked wonders in vanilla against mirages and prisms, but BF and mind control in YR rendered them useless unless you mix them up with more stuff (choppers, IC). Nobody expects flaks filled with tesla troopers and conscripts. You can ram them against an early army to make them run for their lives, then you just focus on destroying the important buildings while the enemy tries to avoid their firing range with speed.

The thing is for me I tried to 1 on 1 the Siege Chopper (deployed) vs. Apocalypse, I was very surprised that the Deployed Siege Chopper can defeat Apocalypse, The Apocalypse seems not damaged the chopper. But Rhino can defeat the Chopper easily

The least surprising thing on this list is V-3 being d tier

Here are my agreements and disagreements. My opinions assume we are ignoring Industrial Plant exists - because with Industrial Plant, things get into a complicated and non-objective area where no proper discussion is possible. E.g. like is the unit in this tier only because of Industrial Plant? - does it even deserve to be there if not for Industrial Plant? - etc. S-tier: If there is an S-tier for the Soviet units containing Rhinos and Desos, place the Prism Tank in there and you're gonna need more tiers above S-tier. Otherwise yes, relative for Soviet units, Desos and Rhinos belong here. Terror Drone: Pops too quickly for that 500 cost. GIs, Gattling, Prism, Mirage. Pretty situational and does not have the all-roundedness of Rhinos and Desos so how can they share the tier with the Rhino? Sure there are situations where they're annoyingly strong but also situations they're sitting ducks -level weak. Siege Chopper: Does not share the tier with the likes of Conscripts, Flak Tracks, Dreadnoughts. Not versatile enough. The need to take 5 secs to deploy takes that away from them. So no, they'd have to go lower down. Their cannons are nothing big anyway unless en masse, and en masse requires too must cost - Siege Choppers ARE NOT cost efficient units. Siege Choppers are not Terran Siege Tanks -level kinda strong. They require Battle Lab. No. Just no. They'd have to go down lower. Dreadnought: I'm sitting on a fence. You didn't put them in the highest tier - I agree with you on that. But are they in the 2nd tier, though? They're strong in many cases and are defo not situational. But - in AI games they're pretty weak when the enemy already starts off with plenty of AA. I've seen their dark side though. I've seen enough situations where Dreadnoughts are weak, enough to reconsider putting them lower in tier level. But in most situations or rather in normal scenarios they're the strong units we know and love. But I'll sit on this decision and just let this pass for now. Attack Dog: I don't think they're in 2nd tier. Unlike Conscripts who're all rounded and Flak Tracks who handle air and double as anti-infantry, dogs only handle 1 thing and they're the 1-trick pony just specializing in 1 thing. I'll put them lower but after going through a lot of reluctance. Another justification is that since I've dropped Terror Drone lower into 2nd tier, then it follows the dog gets pushed down to 3rd tier. I'm sorry, it was a tough call but that's my conclusion. Boris: Doesn't share a tier with Giant Squid or Kirov. He's only there in 3rd tier because of nostalgia of the campaign or because he's so cool. Get over that nostalgia. Giant Squid and Sea Scorpion: I'll do this 2 at a time. They have to be upgraded to the same tier as the Dreadnought. In fact I find Giant Squid and Sea Scorpions, though weaker than Dreadnoughts and lacking in apparent show of power, I find them to be more versatile and cost efficient than Dreadnoughts. If anything, Giant Squid and Sea Scorpions are at least on par with Dreadnoughts or even higher. The only real counter to the Giant Squid is the Dolphin whereas Dreadnoughts are countered by more stuff like AA and C4s. The Sea Scorpion is fast, cheap, godly versus air, can force fire on water to kill SEALs and Dolphins. Way too versatile for its cost. Apocalypse: I agree with Apocs in 4th tier. Below Kirovs. Tesla Troopers: Does not belong on par with Apocs. Go down lower. In fact they belong to hell. Even if they cost half price at 250, they'd only still be a tier below Apocs - that's - 5th tier. I'm strong about this opinion. If they cost 250 and have doubled damage at 100, and doubled health at 260, and were immune to dogs, then yes - into 4th tier Tesla Troopers go with Apocs. Thank you. Demolition Truck: Would go way down with the Tesla Trooper. They also belong to hell. If they cost half price at 750 then yes - into 4th tier Tesla Troopers go with Apocs. Thank you. Flak Trooper and V3: Kind of at home here at 5th tier. I think I agree. No wait - I saw Submarines in 5th tier too. I'd place Flak Trooper and V3 a tier below Subs - into 6th tier they go. Thank you. Submarines: Yes they belong here in 5th tier. I agree. I think Boris comes down here to 5th tier. Boris would be 5th tier at best. Tesla Tanks: Yes they belong here in 6th tier. I agree. Flak Trooper and V3 would join them here, and be at home in 6th tier. 7th tier aka G tier: Tesla Trooper and Demo Trucks come here. 8th tier aka H tier: Reserved for Ivans and Cubans.
