The Giving Machines, sponsored by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, are vending machines with a twist-instead of buying something for themselves, people can donate a needed item to someone else through a local or international charity. In this case, the Church partnered with Mentors International on several items that will help lift people out of poverty by giving them the tools to be more self-reliant.
