Families displaced by the war in Ukraine are provided with the nourishment they need in a time of loss and uncertainty thanks to donations to the Giving Machines. Find the nearest Giving Machine locations for 2023 or donate virtually here: bit.ly/47mBbnP
The Giving Machines, sponsored by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, are vending machines with a twist-instead of buying something for themselves, people can donate a needed item to someone else through a local or international charity. In this case, the Church partnered with Lifting Hands International to provide food boxes to Ukrainian refugees.
The Giving Machines are part of Light the World, a worldwide movement that encourages people all over the world to join in sharing their light and the light of Jesus Christ with others during the Christmas season. Such a wonderful way to show that the love of Christ is strong in the Church and throughout the world today...Charity is one of the foundations that the Church of Jesus Christ is built upon..."Charity is the pure love of Christ and it indures forever"...blessings to all my brother's and sister's in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints for their charitable "self sacrifices" and giving up their free time to help those in need...MERRY XMAS TO EACH AND EVERYONE OF YOU.

This is such a nice message and then the “X”. Years ago it was pointed out to me . Christmas is about Christ. Taking his name out trivializes it to merely gifts. It’s Christmas. Let us not “cross him out.”
