I make mine in a jar & put in soaked dried cherries and raw sunflower & pumpkin seeds. Let set overnight in fridge . BEYOND YUMMIEST ! Use kosher salt if you need to. I don't 💜

Is it ok to add sugar for weight loss salad??

I'm making this soon. I have to leave out the sugar though. Should I also take out the salt? But yeah, soy sauce is my go to food taste enhancer.
