You can also add potatoes to it. Another trixk i tried was... Fried the soya chunks and then dipped them in water. They didnt have that watery element in the chunks.

The redness usually comes aftwr the curry sits for a while. The chilli expels its colors as it gets soaked

I boil the water and soak the soya chunks in that water for half an hour and then squeeze the water out and cook them. Why do you soak them in cold water after boiling them in water?

Your app has some technical problem. Please check. I installed the app in android phone it was hanging. I thought my phone problem. But when I installed in my iPhone also same problem. So I am not able to use the app properly
