Will give this a try with a huge reduction on the amount of salt you used. Thanks for the recipe (my cardiovascular system cant take the salt it used to) I have always found fried rice difficult but you made it look easy!

Tried this. It turned out to taste amazing!!🧡 Go for this pals!👍🏻 I just added butter(salted Amul) in boiled marinated chunks so that ginger-garlic,salt and mirch bind to soya chunks. The experiment was a success acc to my taste buds.
