Yes! We can do it!!! Had been on intermittent fasting for more than 1 year now... no diet. just no carbohydrates for dinner and jumping rope... The key point is consistency and find workout that you like.

소유님이랑 나이랑 키도 비슷해서 저두 코로나땜시 운동을 2년동안 못하다가 살이 어마무시하게 찌는 바람에 7년만에 헬스 다시 시작하려구 하는데 전에 뮤직복싱했을때는 허벌라이프나 샐러드 먹고 하니 7키로 밖에 안 빠지더라구요 ㅠㅠ 키가 169인데 62키로까지는 빼야 정상체중이라서 하루에 두끼 먹고 운동하면 빠지겠죠?

Ive been on a strict diet a few years back and now i cant seem to do it anymore. I would rather burn my calories by running than dieting. Its more fun running than dieting lol
Thank you for the motivation , but first of all you be happy and satisfied with yourself, you do not have to show us anything, we like you any way you are! I am down to 62kg, sadly no gym yet but I do walking. Greek yoghurt is one of the best meals combined with oats, fruits and of course Greek honey, even if I avoid it for cutting down sugars, prefer fruit jam with natural sweeteners. Today here though is national barbecue day , roasted meat smell all over the streets! Hope someday to taste real Korean Barbecue! Do not fear carbs you need them with kick boxing and work out, fear sugar and processed carbs more, avoid packaged things!
Wow you really changed your body in 4 weeks..but I think you are too thin now. Beautiful but too thin. That said you have inspired me to work hard at my body. Thank you. Please do not lose more weight.
