*I got a special idea as well:* Do a ‘Boss Fight mode’ The Mothership (Boss) has a TON of abilities and has big shield hp, also has a 2nd, final phase and weak points. 3 (or more) players must defeat the Mothership before they get destroyed by it!🚀 vs 🛸
Thanks for the suggestion, I have some sort of boss battle planned, but haven't yet thought of what special abilities. For now my thinking was that player ships will have limited weapons and special roles while the boss will be a battleship with all weapons available.

@@lostmarbles2d …and that’s why I like those ideas! *Some special ability suggestions for the Mothership boss:* Laser blaster - send out a continuous beam to any player that comes into contact Missile mayhem - send a swarm of missiles that can do AoE damage (homing) Servant summon - spawns ‘servant-ships’ (has a low chance of spawning a miniboss, which has 4 abilities) Super defense - creates a forcefield, becoming invincible for 2-6 seconds Big bomb - send a HUGE projectile that has great AoE range, damaging multiple players, causes the players to have their defence dropped by 5-20% Flame maker - uses her flamethrowers to players that get too close, causes the players to suffer from burning Hyper charger - uses her thrusters to barge at players, damaging them, but can damage herself too Fast teleportation - Teleports to a random location, great for evading, good for avoiding missiles
It would be interesting to see some sort of EMP for this, like if it explodes, any nearby rockets will turn into a trap and enemy ships within the explosion will be shut down for a set amount of time unable to do anything but use the point defense cannons
Picked the victory color! Even if it’s teams i love having the one color that i prefer. Wound up having an amazing duel at the end (W O W the PD clutches and expert tier piloting) and came out victorious!
When zoomed out a lot, the ship's marker is much bigger than the hitbox, so it can appear that shots pass through even though they are clear of the hitbox itself.
@@huykhanhnguyentrong3289 That's the plan - I'd like to do something like a mini camera showing the area around the ship when shots pass close by. I also have some other ideas I might try.
maybe make railgun projectile a little faster because i think it appears kind of slow and also it looks weird when the railgun shot is aimed so far ahead of the target ship
Every fucking time I watch ANY of the marble fights I ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS HAVE TO have do that sports commentator thing, be it out loud or jsut in my head, but I ALWAYS, MUST, COMENTATE
Don't forget it's PDC targeting systems! Like woah!!! Talk about last second! Really wish I could get my hands on the games these channels make, I'd pay real money to have these!!!
Regen is great, it really makes you think someone can make a comeback if they survive long enough and builds to the suspense. For example, the final battle here was probably the best in the Space Battle series, and it couldn’t have happened without regen being available.
To me green is now officially the plant ships with their railgun being pokemon's solarbeam with a hard shell, and their missiles being water based. It would be nice if you can give each side unique traits and tools based on their previous performances in order to have them be more identifiable.
*I got some ideas as this battle is getting a lot greater:* Add units as fighters, drones, and even ‘space tanks’. Increase all the flagship’s hp to 1000 with hp regenerating per 1.25 seconds. Give all flagships Shield HP (150) 🛡like some sort of forcefield, it regenerates if it’s deactivated by enough enemy fire from an opponent, can’t regenerate when under attack for 5 seconds.⚔️
Thanks for the suggestions. What I have planned next is a fleet mode where different ships will have different weapons and stats. I hadn't wanted to include fighters/drones, but thinking about it some more, it might look pretty cool!
