Option 3 flying vehicle (battery burner) With option 1/2 mag plate/ landing gear locked ...the Timer Block can beset to loop to switch lock every x amount of seconds up to 890 (14 minutes 50 seconds).. and you wont have to worry about it falling off. the other benefit is you will have "storage" that you can put what you can not carry in you personal inventory up to turn in contract or you can just back rover to it

Try to build a cargo rover, with a little cargo drone in the back. It's more fuel/energy efficient, to just roll to the trading post and use the drone to lift only the cargo up. This method increases your range. Also stilysh af.

Park rover under trade station connector stand on rover cargo access gps there... fly straight up gps trade station connector ... head back to base ... option 1) build enough snall grid 3x3 conveyer to span the gps points with connector both ends. On the TS side connector make a spur of 2 timer blocks and several grid small batteries (a solar panel would not hurt) and a mag plate/landing gear. ***Safely*** transport this over to TS on hinge/rotor attached to rover Once in at gps rotate station side up so that the connecter .... ** and ** the mag plate/ landing gear is ready to lock ... lock the mag plate/landing gear. The reason for the mag plate/landing gear is 15 min after you connect to a trade station it will disconnect the connector... the magnetism "should" hold whatever it was connected to but just in case... the mag plate/ landing gear

hey when you looking at cockpits and beds all you have to do is hit the I button and it will show and let you get the inventory from them with out laying in the beds so when beds have no power you can still get things out of them

Option 2: use large grid piston(s) because small grid piston only let small components (construction components/ girder/ore )that is also the reason for the 3x3 conveyor in option 1. 10 meter full extent of the piston ... do a little math.... connector at the ends... like previous option...

*Confused You often leave an abandoned base without grinding down the steel plate, why? If it's a question of storage space, make more. Steel plate when deconstructed gives you Iron ingots, you buy iron ore, Why? Buying Ice, Platinum & Uranium I understand, maybe even Silver & Gold, but you can deconstruct stuff for all the rest.
