I like how they’ve taken things from other games that clearly work. Games Workshop and the developers do not need to innovate with Space Marine 2, they need a solid game that lets us play out the lore we love. Hopefully they follow the same idea with their live action streaming content.
@Kakimech89 get some killstreaks like artillery strike or spore mines and instead of a tank someone spawns in as a hive tyrant when the 'nid sides losing or dreadnought as marines with different build options to give buffs to team mates or npcs
We can only hope that there's a way to add extra decals to show off the tattoo motif they adorn their armor with. Definitely one of the most unique armor schemes in the lore.
I'm thinking the Ultra Marines symbol on the customization screen may be for the coop (Operations) mode Marines. Usually the different tabs mean different teams so it'd make sense if they had a tab specifically for your coop (Operations) Marine Edit: Clarity
That would kind of imply that one of the options is customizing Titus, which I don't think we will be able to do. Unless his whole tab is a Helmet Y/N screen.
Im going to actually have BR Insignia modded if not in-game, and try and RP one particularly humorous character idea, if channel has Discord Server, the VC would be perfect place to play it out😂😂😂

Honestly I would really love it if you can Customise Titus himself, (I know you can give him a helm) but I would love it if you could fully deck him out or at the very least give him Different preset armor like Batman/Spiderman in their respective games. Also they really should do what 343 should have done with infinite and continue the Single/PVE story with More paid Expansions/campaigns after launch because we don’t want to wait another decade for space marine 3, no one wants Space Marine to become just another halo where it’s an eternity between sequels. Additional Campign DLC would gives us the opportunity to play as new characters from other chapters. I also love how SM2 has seemingly taken a lot of inspiration from games like Armored Core and Halo Reach when it comes to Customisation instead of going the modern route of “money please go 2 shop 4 drip corp speek”
100% this will be used to plan out all future paint jobs. Even if it can't do "everything" I might do in a paintjob, just the fact of having a 3d model, with different armor types, and proper shading, and all of that stuff......will be epic
It would be awesome if we could get some sort of map drop that allows for a player to take control of a suit of terminator armor, and changes depending on the chapter or legion you pick.

Hoping the Iron Snakes get some love, my favorite chapter. Would also love to make some loyalist Emperor's Children, and make their battle cry "The Ancient Awaits!"
So the Ultramarine tab, I can see some DLC being chapter specific. For example space wolf specific armors with bone and pelts. To me putting a lot of smurf stuff in game, basics for other chapters and have your DLC expand to allow greater customization makes sense.
We have yet to see any customization for chaos and like I said in the DM, all the chaos we have seen every role is always a specific legion world eaters=vanguard, night lords=assault, etc I hope that chaos isn’t just set legions for each class with small amounts of customization (we saw a blue death guard, but they were always bulwark) but I could be looking to deep into it. I do hope chaos gets some love tho. Co-op missions as chaos where guard take the place of cultist and you takeout loyalist would be really dope

I hope every chapter gets some unique thing on armours, like Dark Angels get the hood with tabard etc, curious how Raven Guard would look. Also if game won't give separate taunt button for chapter specific war cries and taunts, with common "For the Emperor!", will be disappointed. Even EC had it.
I hope they add a DLC class, Champion (Melee 2h, no jetpack), Chaplain, Apothecary and Librarian. NGL I kind of wish they went with Battlefront 40+ player large maps instead, with Terminators and Dreanaught killstreaks. Have a Heroes vs Vililans with Primarchs in a 6v6 instead.
Unfortunately it seems most stuff looks like it will be locked from the get-go so you will have to play as the default ultramarine until you unlock more stuff.
I know its a long shot.. I would like if Titus gets rewarded for his actions and the mess he had to deal with by becoming a Chapter Master of a new founding Chapter of Space Marines. I don't think he'll ever be Captain in the Ultramarines.
I plan to have a true Khorne Berzerker class. No guns, save for maybe a pistol, and only the melee. I care not if it is my own blood that flows, I shall melee for the blood god!
I think it's cool to have the traitor skins honestly. If we step out of the world and role play for a second, giving players more options is as good thing. There are some people who want to play as a traitor and the devs saying "go do that if you want" is really cool in my opinion. With that being said if any dirty traitor thinks about stepping onto my battlefield that will be dealt with swiftly
Im trying to spread the word around, but visor colour seems to be locked behind the helmet you pick. So making some chapters will be impossible because of this.
I’m a filthy heretic, so I’m looking forward to seeing the full Chaos customisation. Probably go as the Sons of Horus or Iron Warriors as they seem to be lacking Emperors Children.
Does anyone know if you're going to be able to customize on any mode besides PVP? In other words, in what modes will you be able to use customization? It seems you can't customize in the main campaign. Ty
3:19 Season passes/Battle passes are something I'm getting tired of... it just makes me feel like I'm being forced to play while also paying to play, again--which I've already payed for the game; I've already had my fair share with battle passes already. If they make it so that it's not time restricted, then maybe. I hope that each chapter can get their own customization options too, say, fur pelts meant for the Space Wolves, though if anyone wants to wear them then sure, and so forth.
Space Marine 2 looks like RoboCop: Rogue City in that it's a linear AA game that looks and plays like a 360 game. It looks perfect for purchase at discount.
Hey, why is nobody excited about the fact that you can change the textures in fact, nobody mentions the fact about it but if you look all the armor has the same textures and that’s the pattern icon but in a different video I’ve seen a poll that has that texture later has a different one that looks like fish scales so I’m pretty sure we could change it so there’s inlays and stuff on the armor.
