This song is called Clouds of Fire, created in 1995 for a music group called the Digital Music Kings. DMK originally distributed on network Bulletin Boards. It took some major investigation to track down the author, he included so much personal info in the metadata of his BB songs I eventually found some decent leads, a DJ with the same name working in the same city I got in contact with turned out to be the right guy!
