Yeah lmao Found this goofy system with 3 stars, 1 black hole, and 21 planets this one time. It was around the far side of the Centaurus A galaxy I think (or some similar dusty galaxy)

Another great video, Space Chip, makes you realise that we really can’t be alone in our universe. Also, you can go to the black hole easily by selecting the galaxy and typing ctrl + g

hey, if you want the most realistic settings (in my opinion) like what space I think it would look like to the naked eye, then first go to the visual style tab in the settings menu, then set these parameters: Sharpness: 1 Brightness: 1 Contrast: 0.99 Saturation: 0.72 Gamma: 1.28 Auto illumination saturation: off 0.4 Black body colouration: CIE RGB Tone mapping: Bruneton ___________________________ Bloom: on 0.05 Glare: on Doc Glare brightness: 0.2512 Diffraction spikes: on Astroniki 3 Diff. spikes size: 0.5012 Diff. spikes brightness: 1 Lens flares: on Astroniki 4 ___________________________ Star points style: Motion blur Planet points style: Points Link points scale with window resolution: on Scale: 0.5 Flare bright: 0.3981 Flare decay: 0.01 Overbright: 2 Desaturate dim stars: 1

just for your information, at 8:44 haumea isn't the only dwarf with rings anymore, quaoar was recently discovered to have rings as well!

Okay that one trinary star system was just Beautiful But one thing I loved more was the fact that standing on that planet with those spread bodies of water and looking up to the three stars made them look like two separate stars, and zooming in on the binary star system which has its stars really close to one another made it display their real colors Like The fact that zooming out of the binary star system *blueshifts* the light they emit feels so, *SO* satisfying and it pleases my brain. It makes it feel whole I absolutely love this

I have a suggestion for SpaceEngine: Try to find a black hole with a planet orbiting really close to it (like in Interstellar) I think you can use the filter options to be able to find it

Solar system planets are actually really low detailed, but they has a texture, which renders when you are close enough to the ground.

I don't think the back side of the moon is always dark. The sun hits it sometimes, but I could be wrong. Not trying to be a smartellic. I could have just heard wrong. I love outer space! I just purchased Space Engine and I love it! I hope I can learn the controls close to as good as you can! This is great because it proves I did the right thing in getting Space Engine! Am a new fan to your channel! Keep up the great work!

Haumea is not the only known dwarf planet with rings, there’s Quaoar with the rings it has outside it’s Roche limit, which is odd.
