Spaghetti Aglio e Olio in a microwave is really delicious 🇮🇹
It doesn't need fire, just put it in and wait, so it's perfect for the hot season.
◎Ingredients
・Pasta (1.4 mm): 100 g
● Garlic: 1 ( large size)
● Chili pepper: 1
● Salt: 1/3 tsp
● Water: 250ml
◇ Kelp stock: 1 tsp
◇ Olive oil: 2 tsp
◎Directions
1. Slice the garlic
2. Put pasta and ● ingredients in a container and heat it up in a microwave for 6 min and 30 sec
3. Add ◇seasoning and mix for 20 sec
◎ TIP
・You can use consomme instead of kelp stock.
*This recipe is for 1.4mm pasta, so if you use other thickness, please heat it 2 min and 30 sec longer than display time and adjust it while mixing.
Also if you use thicker pasta than 1.4 mm, you may run out of water, so add more water (maybe 350 ml etc,). If there is a lot of water after heating, drain extra water and try adjusting the water content.
