I made a pork kimchi gimbap this time🇰🇷
It ’s delicious even when it ’s cold, and it ’s easy to take.
It’s good for parties.
◎ Ingredients (for 3 gimbap)
・ Rice: 400g
・ Laver: 3 sheets
・ Sliced pork: 150g
・ Kimchi: 100g
・ Carrot: 200g
・ Pickled radish: 100g
・ Eggs: 2
・ Perilla leaves: 6
・ Sliced cheddar cheese: 3 pieces
·Sesame seeds
·Sesame oil
·Salt
● Soy sauce: 1/2 tbsp
● Sugar: 1/2 tbsp
● Grated garlic: 1/2 tbsp
◎ Directions
1. Cutting
Cut the carrot, Pickled radish,cheddar cheese
2. Carrot
Stir fry the carrot with 2 tbsp of sesame oil and a pinch of salt
3. Egg
Add a pinch of salt and beat the eggs, and fry it. and cut into 1 cm widths.
4. Pork kimchi
Stir fry the pork in 2 tbsp of sesame oil, add kimchi, fry well, and entangle the ● seasonings
5. Rice
Mix it with Salt: 1/3 tsp salt , 1/2 tbsp sesame oil, 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds.
6. Roll
Put 120-130g of rice on the laver.
Spread thinly, leaving about 1.5 cm in the bottom and 2.5 cm in the upper part.
Put Pickled radish, perilla leaves, pork kimchi, cheese, eggs, carrots, and apply a little water to the laver in the upper part,
Stick the laver at the bottom to the rice in the upper part. Aattach the remaining laver.
8. Finishing
Apply sesame oil only to the half of upper, Apply sesame oil to the kitchen knife too, and Cut while moving back and forth.
As a finishing, sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
◎ TIP
・ Although carrots are fried and sweetened, it is best not to make them crunchy and to have a chewy texture.
・ When spreading the rice on the seaweed, spread it as thinly as possible so that it is pressed against it.
The surplus can be returned to the bowl, so you don't have to bother to weigh 120 ~ 130g.
