Spaghetti alla Carbonara 

A classic Roman pasta. Simple ingredients. Simple preparation. Difficult to get it just right. But I think I have finally mastered the technique. Try it and let me know what happens.
Use guanciale if you can. If you can't find guanciale, you can use pancetta or bacon (shhhh...don't tell the Italians). I actually really love it with bacon.
