⬇️⬇️English recipe follows⬇️⬇️ 電飯煲鮮茄肉醬意大利粉 材料: 急凍無骨豬扒4塊 意大利粉250克 茄汁1支 芝士4片 蕃茄4個 處理: 1. 豬扒,連包裝袋,清水解凍。 2. 大火煲滾1鑊水。 3. 扇形放意大利粉,冚蓋,大火滾起,轉最慢火,煲5分鐘。 4. 豬扒解凍後,倒去水分。 5. 豬扒切細舊,放攪拌器內,加入調味料: a. 胡椒粉少許 b. 蠔油1湯匙 c. 生粉半湯匙 d. 生抽半茶匙 e. 油半湯匙 攪碎。 6. 蕃茄,清水洗乾淨,切粒。 7. 意大利粉,擎乾水,放電飯煲內,加入: a. 厚片牛油1塊,撈勻。 b. 茄汁大半支,撈勻。 c. 糖1湯匙,撈勻。 8. 用“特快煮”程序煮意大利粉。 烹調: 1. 慢火,放1小片牛油在鑊中煮溶。 2. 放免治豬肉落鑊,大火煎香。 3. 轉慢火,加入細半支茄汁及清水300毫升。 4. 意大利粉,還有12分鐘完成煮飯程序,打開檢查一下。 5. 加入芝士片入意大利粉,攪勻,繼續煮。 6. 肉醬,加入糖半湯匙。 7. 加入蕃茄。 8. 意大利粉已煮好,放碟上。 9. 肉醬,加少許生粉芡,煮滾。 10. 肉醬,淋在意大利粉上。 11. 蕃茄放意大利粉旁邊。 12. 完成,可享用。 Spaghetti bolognese with tomatoes with rice cooker Ingredients: Frozen boneless pork chop 4 slices Spaghetti 250g Tomato ketchup 1 bottle Cheese 4 slices Tomatoes 4 Nos. Preparation: 1. Pork chop, with plastics, defrost in tap water. 2. Heat up a wok of water at high flame. 3. Put spaghetti, cover up the wok. Heat up at high flame. Turn to low flame. Boil for 5 minutes. 4. Pork chop has been defrosted, pour away water. 5. Pork chop, cut into small pieces. Put it into blender. Add seasoning: a. Pepper little b. Oyster sauce 1 tbsp c. Tapioca starch 0.5 tbsp d. Light soya sauce 0.5 tsp e. Oil 0.5 tbsp Blend well. 6. Tomatoes, rinse with tap water. Dice in cubes. 7. Spaghetti, get it drained. Put into rice cooker. Add in: a. A thick slice of butter, mix well. b. Tomato ketchup 2/3 bottle, mix well. c. Sugar 1 tbsp, mix well. 8. Use "super quick cooking" mode to cook the spaghetti. Steps: 1. Low flame, melt a thin slice of butter in wok. 2. Put minced pork meat in wok. Fry well at high flame. 3. Turn to low flame, add in 1/3 bottle of ketchup and 300ml of water in wok. 4. There are still 12 minutes left in the spaghetti cooking. Open the cooker and check it. 5. Add in cheese slice into the spaghetti. Mix well and continue cooking. 6. Bolognese, add in 0.5 tbsp of sugar. 7. Add in tomatoes. 8. Spaghetti has been cooked well, put on plate. 9. Bolognese, add in little tapioca sauce. Heat it up. 10. Bolognese, is to be put on top of spaghetti. 11. Tomatoes, just put next to the spaghetti. 12. Complete. Serve.

When we were growing up in HK, our family traditon Christmas dinner consisted of Pork Cutlets, Deep Fried Chicken Wings, Ketchup Shrimps, Ginger Onion Grabs, Steamed Whole Fish, Hunan Beef, Garlic Clams, Roasted Potatoes, Veggies, Fried Rice and Fried Noodles. We had uncles, aunts and cousins over for dinner. Lots of cookies, chocolates, laughs. Good time.
