The last victory of the Spain dynasty of 2008-2013 in official competitions. From the Final of this tournament and on that great Spanish side began to decline.
@Carlos Melgarejo Coda They won in 1982. How do you explain that? Also, Mussolini didn't influence Italian sports. He only influenced Italian politics.
Italy proved they're just as good as Spain. They out played Spain without having Balotelli and got a bit unlucky against Brazil with out having Pirlo. If Italy stays healthy then they have the potential to go on a deep World Cup run.
Rory Wurfbain I have similar thoughts of the Dutch. People are saying that their youth is too young, their old players are too divided. I think their style could be quite successful. Brazil - Netherlands round of 16 if Spain win the group.
Italy was better than Spain in 2008 and Spain luckily won on penalties. Italy was better than Spain in the group stage of 2012 when they wasted 5-6 chances before Di Natale scored 1-0. Fabregas equalised but Spain was lucky. Spain was better than Italy in the final but Italy had to play 10 against 11 for the whole second half because of an injury. Spain deserved anyway. And finally Italy was the better team against Spain at the confederation cup but it's not the Spanish faults if Maggio can't scored from 2 meters against Casillas. Penalty is a lottery but maybe Bonucci shouldn't have taken one. So the morale is Spain you are the best team that i have seen in my life and the 2 Euros and the WC 2010 was so badly deserved but everytime you play Italy you get fucking lucky!
stefano neri I could agree with most of what u said except one thing. The euro 2012 final spain wer most definitely the better team. 4-0 in a final is a pretty definitive scoreline. Italy wer no match for spain on that day
The only reason why italy got to play this championship was because Spain had already won a WC and an EURO, and the other finalist of the EURO2012 was the one who could play
Spain would always loose to Italy , the Curse/intimidation was broken in 2008 Euro cup tournament but in 2012 Euro cup finals was not luck Spain dominated the ball and 4-0 victory is biggest in finals history. With that said since I been watching Soccer from 1982 I never seen Spain beat Brazil. That's Spain's achielies heal, Spain's historic run of 2008 to 2012 was ended by Brazil 3-0 in finals.
Why publish a series of penalties in a reduced version? If you want a good evaluation of the video then publish everything as it should be.And so unambiguously dislike!
italy only beat Spain once before in a major tournament before winning the trophy that was in the 1934 world cup Quarter-finals but Italy had home advantage and the first game eneded 1-1 AET then they replayed the match and then Italy won 1-0 if this match had taken place outside of Italy Spain would've won
No way, Italy defeated Spain at Euro '88, at WC 1994 thanks to Dino Baggio and Roberto Baggio and again at Euro 2016. In 2008 and 2013 Spain won only on penalties. In 2012 the first match was a tie (1-1), then the catastrophic finale (4-0)
@@hello_stank1382 yes that's the Most important to win the trophy But still in that 1934 match it was said that Spain had scored 2 goals but the referee was helping Italy and disallowed them
@@hello_stank1382 You Know anything won from confederations cup means absolutely nothing cause that tournament was Practice for the world cup and They didn't put the best Players into to the teams
@@hello_stank1382 But every time Spain beat Italy in euro the won the trophy. Sad is in it. By the way, do not talk about your 4 world cups. Italy won all that cup when the whole nation still doesn't know how to play football.
