Actually the kind of foul which disallowed Scotland's goal was more commonly called in days past. The small box belongs to the goalie and any contact with him would be called a foul right away. Nowadays some refs turn a blind eye, which is plain wrong.

Probably because the spain players dont know Hendry is offside... If he's onside then the goal is given because it's not enough contact for a foul... but because he offside he's impeding the keeper by nudging him slightly... tough but the right call imo
