Any meat eater has no business commenting on bull fighting. I'm in Jerez now, flown with Ryanair after 20+ years of avoiding them, but it's the only airline to fly there from the UK. I was dreading it but it was hassle free.

I'm afraid I do not have any sympathy for the matador. Play a sport like this and suffer the consequences of a bull that has been provoked. I personally have never had a problem with Ryanair. it's a budget airline, what do you expect. Thanks for the update, Stuart 😊

Don’t know what people expect from Ryanair !! You choose to pay for extra luggage and certain seats ( but you can choose not to pay for seats ) you’ll still get a seat . Ryanair keep most European airports busy and they fly everywhere in Europe . National airlines only fly to major cities ,

That's just not true. A fighting bull is not a loser compared to bulls that are bred for your plate.

Regarding the 20/100 comment.....has Anna been to New York City lately? Packed with people, and hotels are far more expensive than 100 Euros and drinks can be 20, and even mediocre restaurants are full.

You CAN do New York very cheaply if you know where to go and what to do. Same in any major city. Hardened City traveller myself.

Wow ! Ryanair the worst , gotta be joking …… I’m a big traveler for work ,flown on all the EU airlines , the BEST are the cheaper ones , Norwegian,Ryanair EasyJet , the WORST is Iberia and BA , all the staff are super rude ( borde ) and miserable, knees against the seat in front and they close the curtain between first class and cattle class, horrible airlines , never fly them again

Try when possible going to Spain in the quieter months or try Menorca. A great tip is El Hierro (Canarias), a great fantástico isla.

What a crazy world. An illegal squatter has rights over the owner because the squatter doesn’t have a place to live. Perhaps bank robbers should be allowed to steal money because they don’t have a job.

I frequently fly RyanAir and never had a problem. Plus I am a light traveller and don't like lugging big bags or wheelies. I just view them as the hostel version to accommodation choices in an airline, and I prepare myself accordingly!😂

Gosh, at least 100 for a hotel room and 20 for a drink- that’s like Australia! If it comes to that, the Spanish will do what we locals do, and travel somewhere cheaper outside the country, or go camping.

The problem is not Spain’s alone. I have a Dutch acquaintances here in the United States, who recently were poised to return to the Netherlands to sell an apartment they own in the capital. The renter informed them he would not move and so now, they are prohibited from selling unless they go through the legal process of eviction. It must be an EU nightmare!

We should not forget that Ryanair is planning to invest 5000 millions of Euros in Spain. I don't know if that fine can have some negative effects in that investement.

Treat people as you wanted to be treated. I have never had any problem With Rysnair. I am a very polite person and treat people the way I like to be treated. In 20 yrs The flights have been late 3 times in that period xx

I fly with Ryanair a lot, nobody has been rude, I cannot recall a flight being significantly late. Why do people make this stuff up? Are they life's failures that feel the need to put everybody down

You've both been very lucky. Out of my last 6 Ryan air flights, 4 have been delayed. 1 by 4 hours. The other by 2 hours. I've never had an issue with the staff etc, they're just kids mostly doing their jobs. I usually choose easyJet if there's an option. Ryanair is a last resort !

When we first moved to Tenerife there was one price, or measure, of drink for tourists and another for residents. Same in restaurants with “extras” and portion sizes. The differential was outlawed under EU Law. However, I must say our regular bars are very generous to locals regardless. After 23 years and Spanish speaking we are honorary locals. Maybe differential pricing is a solution? It went some way with property letting too. Locals always got cheaper long-term contracts. No more.

Hi Stuart nice to hear you I don't like bullfighting it doesn't seemed a fair sport the bull don't stand a chance The days of cheap flights are in the past so I agree Ryan Air will have to pull there socks up better service and not paying for a bag sur charges hope allergies clear up

I never fly with Ryanair again after they ripped me off more than 300 euro before they denied me boarding. They violate so many EU laws that they shouldn't be allowed to operate in the EU.

Regular flyer with Ryanair for 3 years +. Almost faultless especially that 70% of passengers choose Ryanair on price. Like many airlines they have become a little late sometimes. I book low cost flights in advance so I can chose a day flight/time that suits me - I don't usually book any extras because I have virtually no luggage. I did once get a flight at short notice the outward was early but ok coming back - £49 return UK- Spain.

The ‘Welfare State’ only works until the folks who are keeping the State financially afloat keep working. Once a they ‘work a good horse to death’, and they throw in the towel to also join the Welfare State, there is No more money. Ergo, no more Welfare State.

Colombia banned bullfighting last week. I lost count of the times I'm trying to comment this, but there is no way. I wonder if there is a software that doesn't permit some words.

I often fly Ryanair. I prefer to fly from Stansted where they fly from, as Gatwick has such a bad record of delays and from Oxford you have alternative routes to the airport which is useful if one route has bad traffic. My Ryanair flights have also had fewer delays frankly. In an ideal world I would fly BA as they are clear about their prices, allow two pieces of hand luggage. You can get reasonable prices if you are able to book way ahead, but it’s always Gatwick sadly

Hope all the gloaters realise that any airlines fined will be passing on the fines to the ticket purchasers. By the way, in my experience, Ryanair is almost always on time and good value for money despite ones luggage selections.

You get what you pay for. Ryanair is no different.they don't claim to be anything other than a budget airline. Can I flag a bug of mine while I'm here, Euro is both the singular and the plural..1 Euro, 5 Euro..not Euros..
