The whole show and original cast is great because they throw in subtext and small tidbits parodying musicals/pop culture that you wouldn’t get at first glance - especially with the OBC
Micah Cook my favorite subtle reference is when they play the melody from Singing in the Rain during the part of Always Look on the Bright Side of Life when they’re... signing in the rain. lol
Even under glaringly bright light she still looks fantastic! And those lashes somehow look real! Right on makeup artists and the exuding beauty of Ms. Ramirez!
So thankful I found these videos uploaded. This is hands down my favorite musical. I was so thankful to see it in person a few times, including its closing performance. I hope it gets a revival one day!
