Loved when the music kicked in and I couldnt hear anything you said

Is Warrantee and customer support reliable ?

Te problem is when the company no longer supports its product like DJI or they sell the company then what is it going to be 10 years unit my panel is 26 years old and still running

Does it work as a "Dumb" panel if the internet goes down or if Span (The Company) goes bankrupt?

I'm really excited about getting a SPAN panel. I love the review. You brought up some things I hadn't thought of which I immensely appreciate. However, if you think those components are going to last 20 years because of software updates I'd say think again. At a minimum I know that there are a 5g cellular radio, wifi radio, a NIC, some fans (because it needs to cool these parts) and since it has all of those components, likely a CPU inside there. Something from that will have to be replaced eventually. Maybe SPAN sends that out to you, and it's minimal effort on your part - these details I don't know. I'm simply trying to impart that giving folks an expectation that this isn't another thing to break (because you could perform a software update) is misleading. This is not a negative critique of the Panel. I think computer components which will eventually fail are a necessary evil for the features they're delivering. Regardless, I am excited to, and will be purchasing a SPAN panel to replace what I have today.

you selling the panel or solar? Talking too much. Show the thing in action. show it being installed. show it working. show it doing something. Not convinced.
