Welcome to the first of what could be a series for Addrian Eats, a series of adventure trying out the dishes of Sydney and beyond.
Today's episode - the 1st one is the OG himself, Spanian and his new Spanian's Kebabs.
Question; is this Sydney's if not Australia's best kebab? Let's find out!
What a way to start.
PS - I need to fire the cameraman, he apparently was too excited about the food he couldn't even film me properly, kept looking at the kebab!
EDIT: did go back for a second time, line was crazy long and sadly the food was not hot. there was less meat than the first go. I wouldn't wait in line that long again to be honest. I still enjoyed the kebab but possibly due to the large quantity of people quality dropped.

With there being no customisations available and a fixed menu. I expect the food to come out perfect .. should never be cold . He really needs to fix that

The bread is on the heavier side, though I personally enjoyed it. bot the traditional kebab with the Lebanese bread / pita bread. Though it blended well. The spicy lamb kebab in my opinion was the best one.

It's italian Ciabatta bread rolls it's chewy and soft inside to hold the sauce nice bread!

This was my first time there to be fair. I did go a second time and ill be honest the line was full and the serving portions were small. I recently went to another doner place and the review will be out soon

Redeemed with a *. Here's the reasons; 1. You can't have custom orders. So cant say extra cheese or no cheese. Some people do have allergies and this isnt good. Food is good, but bread gets cold quick. Secondly no snack pack option so for people who can't eat gluten this is a negative. Food overall was good - though, you're limited on options. I do believe thats what Spanian wanted. Would I go again? Yes. Would I wait in a big queue? Probably not.

@@DynamiteDB straight up, I asked for no tomatoes and they firmly said - No custom orders, you gotta get it then remove the tomato. It is pretty crazy lad.

Thanks for the vid brother When it’s all positive ‘guys and and this is amazing guys and wow you nailed it guys and this actually legit friggin amazing guys’, some will say you d riding. Try doing a ‘positive’ ‘negative’ and ‘unique’ perspective of each aspect lad. Will be much more believable that way. Thank you brother

I'm not a fan of chicken salt and as there is no customising the order, I won't be going. This venture will fail soon enough. He doesn't understand that the customer is ALWAYS right.

I have to agree with you on that (I personally like chicken salt), but on the no customisation, that did bother me as well as I don't eat tomatoes. The sentiment of the customer is always right, does hold very true. I recently went to the German Food Bunker and made a review, definitely worth a watch and bite Victor!

The customer is never right, your job however in retail and hospitality is to placate an unhappy customer. Therefore, its usually cheaper and less stressful to give them something to make them feel like they're getting a win to get them out the door. Having worked in both industries for a decade each, the amount of times I had to deal with a fuckwit who was angry because of his own stupidity, lack of foresight or ability to read and comprehend information compared to genuine fuck ups by the teams I was working with was 100 to 1. It's also not a restaurants job to cater to your dietary needs. If they won't remove something you can't eat, it's your responsibility to care for your own health.

It would be cool, though I think Spanian wants to keep it bare minimum and simple. That's why there's no custom orders.
