Spanish Cocido | Easy recipe with Pressure Cooker

Today we show you how to prepare a Spanish Cocido using a pressure cooker for the recipe to be easy and quick. This dish is perfect for winter although you can prepare it all year around.
To prepare this dish the ingredients are:
1 celery
2 carrots
2 garlic cloves
1/4 cabbage
1/2 onion
50 gr of chickpeas per person previously kept in water for 24 hours
1 medium size potato per person
1 piece of beef shank
1 piece of pork fat
1 piece of ham bone
1 quarter of chicken
1 pork bone
2 pieces of chorizo
You can also find in supermarkets pre packed ingredients to prepare this dish.
How to prepare it:
Add the chickpeas when the broth with all the vegetables and meats is already boiling.
Cook in the pressure cooker for 40 minutes.
Then open the cooker, add the potatoes and cook until they're done with the lid open.
You can serve it alone or with broth.
