Como hablante nativo del español, puedo decir que tu nivel es muy avanzado, tu acento claramente es muy cercano al que hablan en España. Es como si hubieras vivido muchos años en España.

I love the chemistry that you guys have...I think this is one of the most important things in learning a language--finding someone you feel completely at ease speaking with, where the focus is more on communication and you're not even thinking about actual language learning. Whenever I find someone like that on Italki, it's feels like I hit a goldmine :) Great video!

Yeah he’s a great guy to talk with and we share a lot of similar interests! I totally agree, I actually talked about the different dynamics I have with my different teachers and how they all help me improve in different ways in another video. Thanks for watching 🙌🏽

Hi Shane. Love your videos. How did you train your ear to understand when native speakers speak really fast. I really struggle 😩 😫

Thank you! Obviously the main thing is just a lot of exposure (I’ve done over 1300 hours of Spanish immersion), but one thing that actually really helped me was reading and listening at the same time, I spent quite a lot of time reading books in Spanish and listening to the audiobook at the same time and that really helped me improve my listening comprehension
