A full sized replica of a sixteenth century Spanish Galleon sailed into Cardiff Bay and we took a look around. It is a fantastic piece of history and craftsmanship and I can only imagine how she would feel under your feet on the open sea.
We also find a 'wild camp' site near Margam park and cook rhubarb crumble in the Dutch Oven.
Campfire cooking in the campervan is something I enjoy doing and it is great to be making recipes that can be cooked outdoors over an open fire.
