I bought your book and I loved all the simple recipes. But right now, this is what I want to try. Can I use a cast iron pot instead of pressure cooker. If yes, how long and how strong should the fire be? I'm craving this for dinner, hope you can reply here. God bless.
Walang reply, heart lang daw. Haha! Anyway, yes masarap to sa cast iron for as long as walang bakat ng rust ang cast iron mo. slow fire lang kasi cast iron is a good heat conductor. As to how long, it depends on how many you’re cooking. Check mo lang every now and then

Hi, chef! Nice recipe. I followed it and it's really good. The bangus I used was much larger so it took 1.5 hours to soften the bones. What if I cook 2 kilos, how much water do I add? Not sure kasi kung same rate ang evaporation pag mas maraming food....?
