Free brain damage for everyone :D I've been doing MT for over 16 years and the last 10 I found that if I go a bit lighter in sparring the more technique I can apply and stimulate my opponent to also do the same. Hard sparring is brain dmg and survival mode. If I want to go hard there wont be a sparring.

You can tell who has the confidence issues and ego problems vs those who are just there to improve

why does no one teep to the knee? it's amazing for spacing especially if your opponents heavy on that lead leg? youll punch eachother in the head but not that?

8:15 Tall guy is one of the few who understands distance, goes in and out, faints, moves his head and has beautiful counterpunches. the rest just punches each other in the guard and getting cte together. why? i mean dont get me wrong, its entertaining, but you dont learn anything from that. Maybe you get tougher, but definitly not smarter. And then there is the point of no return. After a few concussions you eventually pay for not taking time to diversify your defense.

Looks fun but I don't see much technique. No slipping shield and counters. Good foot movement. Just punching bags

With the fat guy why didn’t u throw a right hook when the guy was mid combination ? U was shelling up and his head was in the same place when throwing them fast combos to ur body

I love watching these, but I fear for the fighters longevity for fighting careers with regular sparring this hard, they'll end up punch drunk earlier.

My regular sparring sessions are like this. Not bragging, some clubs just don't preach control.

no feints, no head movement, high output low accuracy. no kicking, no clinch, no nothing...call it what you want but this is just a bunch of muscular guys hitting eachother on the guard with occasionall clean hits. Why even spar hard if you're not going to use what you've learnt except just getting head trauma...pointless
