Hi Chris.. thanks for uploading this DIY. Are you still running stock spark plugs on your tuned mk7? Also, do you reduce the gap of the plug? I just recently flashed a stage 1 tune on my 2018 GTI, but am still running stock plugs, so I’m curious of your specific experience with the stock plugs
Hey William, Yea I am still runnings stock plugs. I just change them out more frequently. Every 20K miles instead of every 50K. It has worked better for me than moving to colder plugs. Know some people who had a bunch of issues and the stock plugs haven’t let me down when I change them in shorter intervals. Hope this was helpful!
