Police Officers lack the ability to distinguish Private Property from Public Property. Many believe a Police Station is Private Property. Judges believe they control the entire Court House not just the Court Room. Some believe they control outside the Court House, like the public sidewalks.

Sanford case was about off the top of their head) should disqualify someone from being admitted to, much less graduating from, any law school.
