Ikr. One time boxing I caught a pro in the stomach and he doubles back and I ask 'you good' and he looks disgusted, and says 'you should have finished me!' madness.
Yes when I was a beginner in 2007 I got the brakes beat off of me for the first year and a half. My God I wish I could sparred with true pros like Jeff and the gentleman in this video! Nice!
I’m from Egypt and fluently speak Arabic and I thought I just had to let y’all know that the coach was telling everyone to take it is easy and to slow down up until the last match. He was also talking real nicely about Jeff and complimenting him to others while watching him fight. These guys are amazing and quite talented. He clearly wanted to make sure Jeff didn’t get hurt.
Hi mma shredded you proberly don’t remember me but I was the kid that was revising on your videos of sparing and it really helped me win this year for my Kyoshin karate knock down comp it was really tough but still succeeded but I just want to say keep doing what you’re doing because know I do mma which is Brazilian ju Jitsu Kyoshin and kick-boxing and you’ve inspired me to do all of this and my coaches so thank you.
Great video! I also like your personality, there is no ego, big heart, good commentating, showing the hits of the sparringparters etc. You are a great human being!
It amazes me how you frequently and consistently churn out such diverse content. Not only style and approach wise but globally! The recent content has been off the charts. Ezzat's knee exits are so nice. Omar seems well prepared for your style and approach, he did his homework. Loving his elbow use! Really effective but also stylistic, he is my favorite. Ally looks like a tree of limbs! I like how it turned into a bag of pop rocks in the final minute. Super impressed with Omar Y, that was a determined defense! Nour has that calm legs active hands thing that always looks controlled but effective. Great job! Your cardio and energy level is always so good! Maybe you are immune from jet lag at this point 😂.
awesome session and thanks for the breakdown! You all handled it like true professionals. Alot to learn from here, whether it comes to striking, grappling, attitude and how you carry yourself win or lose.
Siempre es muy agradable ver tus sesiones de sparring donde vayas Jeff se nota el nivelazo y la humildad que llevas! Saludos desde Argentina! Te esperamos de vuelta alguna vez!
Beautiful display of high level striking, I love watching these frame-by-frame breakdowns. Watching Ezzat Hiedar’s striking was masterful, hard to believe he’s 47! Love the class and respect you show to each of your opponents, really showcasing the traditional values of combat sports. 🥋
That's how gym sparring should be done. Jeff looks great as always, and the students of this academy are very fortunate to have such great teachers. Zero ego, just great skills and control.
Amazing sparring with highly skilled controlled professionals with some very intriguing fight styles and techniques you don't commonly see here. I never realized Egypt had such an interest in MMA. Must've been a great international experience for you.
Hello Jeff, I recently discovered your channel and immediately subscribed because I finally found an elegant Muay Thai boxer. Originally a savate boxer (10 years) then an english boxer (8 years), I found Thai boxing linear, rigid and not very graceful. Thanks to you and your videos, I'm learning that it's possible to stay airy and mobile. You're a real inspiration to me. Especially as you're always humble and kind in your sparrings. Don't stop publishing: I'm addicted. (Translated from french)
You are living the dream of a fighter. Traveling the world and sharpening your fighting skills across the world. What a fight IQ you have! And what a gas tank you got too!!
Another fun vid. @@mmashredded I would like to see you commentate on some other fighters. Pick a guy, follow him through a training and then sparring session. I'm just spitballing here but I think it would roll into a nice commentating career. Your coaches eye, athlete's strategy development and application, and your personal experience as both an MMA insider and a prolific commentator already = perfect combo!
You rock man! Thanks for explaining the process while you’re sparing. I’m glad I subscribed to your channel! Btw I’m a normie. I don’t know much about fighting but would like to start kick boxing
Hi Jeff ! i love your sparring videos and how you break them down, great job ! Any tips or a dedicated video on how to spar way taller fighters ? If one of your MMAShredded programmes is applicable to this i would be happy to purchase it.
I'm genuinely happy you came to my country! ^^ Wish I could know about it though 😭 I hope you visit Alexandria one day (my home city); they have great gyms too! Stay Blessed Bother!
Hi Geoff, I really hope you read this, I'm taking my 3 Dan black belt in kickboxing /K1 later this year, I'm enjoying the extra training, running sparring, everything. But it's tough! I will never have your head movement but worried about all the head shots, I literally love it, do I say body only shots, go light, I obviously keep hands up but must work on head movement it's good. I will do it it's now or never and after nearly 25 years now. Tips for low contact sparing, any advice or help v much appreciated. Keep the videos coming!, great personality. 🥊🥊🥊🥊
yooo that rear inside leg kick > cross > rear high kick at 2:54 is way too clean, stealing that one for sure. Looks like you throw the cross further left then normal to bait him slipping into the high kick as well?! Awesome content as usual.
Even going a little light, I can't believe Jeff was able to go five rounds with those monsters. Also, one other thing he does very well is split guys' timing. I hope to hear that explained a little more sometime 🙂
The atmosphere in the gym is so tense! Did you spar everyone in a row or did you get some rest in between? Also the tall guy didn't wear any shin guards was he still allowed to kick? Love your content, it looks so damn fun!
Thought the first guy (Isaac) was Mighty Mouse at first 😂keep up the good work dog, I'm learning a lot from watching your videos... I especially like the Jiu Jitsu but these kickboxing videos help very much, thanks for posting!
