Your a very good training partner Jeff. You know exactly when to pick up the sparring and when to keep your cool. Working at your partners level is key specially if you have advantages. Sometimes it’s good to show your dominance and Jeff does it in a respectable classy way. Love the video

Idk exactly what it is, but you look next-level great in there. Cardio is elite-level, with very consistent forward pressure. Your combos are fluid and multi-levelled within that framework. And you have that sick-ass front leg sweep you pull off with perfect timing @3:33. You honestly look like a champion playing with your prey in the off-season man. Whatever you're doing, its working 100%

Great sparring session. Two things: The leg grab/sweep scape from the first fighter was awesome. And it seems you are getting more flexible and fluid when you kick high.

This was a master class video to dissect at 0.5x speed, jeff's control was amazing and I enjoyed seeing him utilize his long guard + 360 block occasionally when the opponent's forward pressure was strong

That's some nice sparring there Jeff like how you make your opponents miss but still stay within range to counter back!

This is a great example of sparring as hard as the opponent wants to spar, from the get go they were going hard, and Jeff just gave it back. Very cool.

Every time you enter, you drop your hands. A smart fighter will clean your clock out every day of the week. Drop your hands when you throw a calf kick, all they need to do is absorb it and throw a left or right. These dudes aren’t real man but respect.

Your head slip has improved noticeably. It's a deceptively tough thing to master, because among other things it requires keen spatial/positional awareness, confidence, the ability to accurately judge distance, and recognize/anticipate tells and patterns by your opponent. Not everyone can do those things well, much less all of them well. I've always had a knack for pattern recognition. 😉
