Received my pattern and watching this again. Hope you can imagine how helpful this is for those of us making this. Every point you make is very helpful. There are a lot of pieces which can be daunting but you give me confidence. ❤
I learned organization from you. All left first…your posting of the cuts clipped to check bird colors. I will eventually make this. Please do more of your pattern choices, cutting etc to finished top.❤
Thanks for this. I missed it when you initially posted it. This quilt keeps getting moved back in my queue because I am nervous about the size and can't think of how to reduce the size without destroying the symmetry which is what is so charming about the quilt. I am looking forward to seeing your finished top. Your colours are beautiful.
It was a blast to make! I loved picking out the pajama fabrics. I'd love to send you a picture of it. I actually took a class with John, the designer. But I still couldn't get one of the non-45 degree angle points to match. But you'd have to study them closely to see it - so I just let it go. @@aquiltingtale6230
I have have seen this quilt and wanted to make it for some time now. But i want to add other blocks to the quilt. Could you tell me how big the finished block is? That way i can find another block the same size. Thank you for sharing this
