This issue started 1/05/2017 at 12:05AM. My GoCam, which had been working flawlessly since I purchased it in November stopped transmitting pictures. I have made sure both my dataconnect account as well as my GoPremium accounts are up to date and have not expired. The first time I called AT&T they were absolutely no help and referred me to HCO. I immediately turned around and called them again this time I got a tech that actually tried to resolve the issue. After he couldn't fix, he opened a ticket with the Network Team @ AT&T. Although these cams are 3G, I have a feeling this has something to do with the sun setting of the 2G service scheduled to begin 1/1/17.
