Looks like a fun weekend to get things going this year.Shame we can't swim out to that island for an obstacle like we did in WV a few years ago. Gonna be fun to see everyone out there again!

Swimming out to that island would be insane - you are a machine! Enjoy the weekend, looking fwd to hearing more about what Spartan has in store for us as far as course design and new obstacles.

Still not in my area 😢. Mn. As far as i can see we have tough mudder and rugged maniac. And pretty much it 😢.

That's too bad. Don't get me wrong, TM and Rugged are great, but it would be nice to have more options. Don't know why MN is neglected as far as Spartan goes.

I saw a photo of it on a private Facebook page, so I can’t share it. But it looks like a giant, one-sided pallet propped vertically, with the horizontal wooden planks farther apart. In the past, they called it a 10-Foot Wall.

Considering I was about 8-10 miles in, I definitely did not mind the Lattice Wall and how easy it was. It gave me a break from the 6 mile run prior to it. However, it was basically a 10 foot wall that you climbed over with wooden steps. Think of 10 foot vertical cargo made out of wood. That was it 😅
